Publisher
Tapzzle is an independent personal project, run without any commercial activity. For questions about the site or the game, email contact@tapzzle.com.
The publisher is a private individual acting in a non-professional capacity: French law on trust in the digital economy exempts them from publishing their identity here, provided they have given it to their host, which holds it at the disposal of the authorities. They have, and the host is named below.
Hosting
The tapzzle.com site and the play.tapzzle.com game are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, California 94107, United States. Its delivery network serves pages from a location close to each visitor.
Data and cookies
The public website does not create accounts, place advertising cookies or include behavioural tracking. Technical logs required for hosting and security may contain an IP address, browser details and the time of a request.
The hosting provider processes this technical information under its own privacy commitments. Tapzzle does not sell it or use it to create advertising profiles.
The game sends nothing at all: it makes no network request, even on first launch, so it has no server to talk to. Player names, colours and settings stay in the browser’s local storage, on the device, and disappear when you clear the site’s data from the browser.
Intellectual property
The Tapzzle name, its visual identity, the copy on this site and the pack images are protected. The Fredoka typeface, used by the site as by the game, is distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
The Cinema pack evokes films without reproducing any of them: no poster, no logo, no character. Films, their titles and their rights holders remain the property of their respective owners, and evoking them implies no partnership.
